My Approach
Life is complex and full of unexpected challenges. I work with individuals, couples and families to help them create connected, thriving relationships. Therapy is an opportunity to set goals, gain insights and develop deeper understanding. As client's take responsibility for change they increase their capacity for peace, love and well-being. About Me
I received my Masters in Clinical Social Work from BYU in 2006 and a
Bachelors in Social Work from BYU in 2003.
I worked as a therapist at New Haven, where I did individual, family and group therapy with teenage girls and their families.
I then worked as a therapist for Children and Youth Services in Orange County doing individual and family therapy with referrals from the schools.
I have 5 years of experience as a psychotherapist, trained as a Clinical Social Worker. I am currently doing private practice out of offices in San Clemente and Mission Viejo and offer telehelth.
