Life is complex, and at times the challenges we face can feel overwhelming. I work with individuals, couples, and families who want to strengthen their relationships, better understand themselves, and create more connected and fulfilling lives.Therapy provides a supportive space to explore what’s not working, gain new insights, and move toward meaningful change. Together we can identify your goals, deepen your awareness, and develop the tools needed to foster healthier patterns and stronger connections. My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and practical. I believe meaningful change happens when people feel safe enough to explore their experiences, gain new insights, and develop healthier patterns in their lives and relationships. When people begin to take empowered steps toward change, they often find greater peace, love, and well-being in their lives and relationships. I feel both grateful and humbled to do this work. It is a privilege to walk alongside my clients as they move toward greater peace, connection, and well-being.

Seeking support takes courage, and finding the right therapist can make all the difference. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and respected as you work through life’s challenges.I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Social Work from Brigham Young University. For many years I have worked with individuals, couples, teens, and families facing a wide range of emotional and relational struggles. Early in my career, I provided therapy for teenage girls and their families at New Haven, and later worked with Children and Youth Services in Orange County, supporting youth and families referred through local schools.I currently have a private practice and offer in-person sessions on Fridays in Mission Viejo, as well as telehealth appointments throughout the week for added flexibility.
